New Mating Sires from France!

The June proofs in France brought forth a new leader with USONET FIN going straight to #1. This Finley son transmits both high milk and great udders. Also reaching high marks are UNEL TEAM and TITOS DRI. UNEL TEAM is a Teamster son that sires stylish cattle with well attached udders. He is also a calving ease sire. TITOS DRI is an impressive bull that sires stature, width and depth. He also sires great feet and legs. USONET FIN's progeny group was just selected Champion at the Blain show in France.

All three of these bulls are going to be used as mating sires for embryo contracts. Semen will be available through Genervations.

Triple Crown Reunion Sale Averages $9,272 on 62 Lots
The sale was held on June 14th. The Hon. Mention Grand Champion of the 2008 New York International Spring Show was struck off to Joleanna Holsteins LLC, Unadilla, NY and Todd Galton, Nunda, NY, for $59,000. Richardo Dundee Dawnette (VG-87, 2y, CAN) was consigned by Adam & Sara Hodgins, Kincardine, ON, Canada. A check of the catalog reveals this Dundee Jr. 3-year-old is out of a 2E-91 Gibson that is followed by VG-87, VG-86 and 3E-90 dams. Claiming the second high price of this event was Welcome Mac Princess-ET. This 9/07 Regancrest-HHF Mac-ET is out of Welcome Goldwyn Penya (VG-88, EX-MS, 2y) who has over $100,000 in embryo and AI contracts and has a PTA of +1513M +70F +55P. The next three dams are all VG and have sent sons to AI. She was consigned by Ron Thomas, Don Yoder & Joe Shank of Warner Robbins, GA, and became the property of Don Yoder, East Dublin, GA. The sale was co-managed by AMS Genetics and The Cattle Exchange
